釀造工藝 Vinification:
– 人手採摘、分揀,傳統釀造,木桶中進行蘋果酸-乳酸發酵。
– 法國橡木桶中陳釀16至18個月,其中35%為新桶。
– Hand harvest & sort. Traditional wine making in thermo-regulated stainless steel vat & undergo Malolactic fermentation in new barrels.
– Aged in French oak barrels for 16-18 months, 35% are new oak
品酒筆記 Tasting Notes:
– 呈現深紅寶石紫色,不透明的核心;
