釀造工藝 Vinification:

– Hand harvest & sort. Traditional wine making in thermo-regulated stainless steel vat & undergo Malolactic fermentation in new barrels.
– Aged in French oak barrels for 16-18 months, 35% are new oak
品酒筆記 Tasting Notes:
