Cantina Valpolicella Negrar創立自1933年,是釀造精品Amorone紅酒的著名酒莊,始終堅持以傳統釀酒方式提煉最優質佳釀,售價卻非常相宜。該款Ripasso紅酒用上釀造完Amarone的酒渣進行第二次發酵,以純天然方法增加口感濃郁度及複雜度,公認為體驗傳統Amarone風味的入門之選。
Founded in 1933, Cantina Valpolicella Negrar was the first to specialise in the production of Amarone. Over the years, their wines are a fine balance between price and quality. This red has went through a second fermentation with Amarone skins to add more flavors and complexity, an entry level wine to experience true taste of traditional Amarone.
品酒筆記 Tasting Notes:
– 濃郁而持久,帶有櫻桃和李子的果香、紫羅蘭的花香和一絲黑胡椒的香料味。
– 口感清新、果香,結構和酒體之間達到優雅的平衡,酸度和單寧完美協調。溫暖、中等酒體、天鵝絨般平衡的單寧。
– Intense and persistent, with fruity aromas of cherry and plum, floral notes of violets and a touch of spiciness from black pepper.
– On the Palate, it’s fresh, fruity, with an elegant balance between structure and body, harmonised by the perfect acidity and tannins., warm, medium-bodied, velvety and balanced tannins.
