Tasting Note:
This wine is a 100% syrah from the vineyard Valtosca. Cold maceration before fermentation starts. Fermentation in small underground stone tanks under controlled temperatures during 9-12 days. Malolactic fermentation takes places entirely in barrel.

Aging in French oak barrels of 500 litres of capacity, the period of aging is at least 9 months, depends on the year.
Bottled unfiltered.
