BUG-05Region-Priorat DOQ
Grape – Garnacha & Melot

Tasting Note:

dry rosé wine, very aromatic and complex at the same time. Absolute predominance of red fruits and flowers, unctuous and mature.

Pairing: fresh, with red fruits and mature. This wine strengthens its virtues with acidic foods in their proper balance. Acidity in an appropriate measure adds freshness and lightness to wines. Highly recommended to serve with salads (with little vinegar and/or lemon), spicy dishes, pickled sauce and marinated foods. White meat. White and blue fish. Seafood and vegetables. The most appropriate ways of cooking: boiled, steamed or even raw foods. Vinaigrettes and romesco sauce. Tart dairy desserts and cheeses with acid fermentation. Also perfect to enjoy it on its own.
