Arlewood has been a Margaret River wine producer since its beginnings in Wilyabrup in 1984. La Bratta is only made in exceptional vintages. The fruit for this wine is sourced from estate grown vineyard, barrel maturation in French oak for 24 months. Only 2,400 bottles have been produced.

The 2009 La Bratta offers notes of kirsch, mulberries and warm red plums over spice box, pencil shavings and sandalwood. The generous fruit layers on the medium-full bodied palate are well balanced by crisp acid and medium-firm grainy tannins, finishing long and spicy. 93 points
