自1960年生産第一批紅酒後,Pelissero就被公認為產區最佳精品酒莊之一,各款佳釀均具精湛品質,值得細味品嘗。酒莊共擁果園38公頃,致力培植最適合當地風土的原生品種作釀酒用途。一款優雅柔滑的巴貝拉紅酒,長達20天不銹鋼桶恆溫浸泡,9個月橡木桶陳釀後作混兌、灌瓶,最後再經數月蘊藏得到非一般的複雜度。
The first bottles of wine dated back to 1960, Pelissero is without question one of the top-tier estates in the region. Every wine is solid and well worth seeking out. The winery focused only on original varietals that are typical of their land, all the grapes are come from the 38 hectares that they own. An elegant Barbera produced from low yields vineyard, maceration takes 20 days in stainless steel cask with controlled temperature; 9 months in oak barrels before blending and bottling, a further resting for a couple of months.
