創立自1987年,Castellroig釀造現今西班牙首屈一指的優質氣泡酒,廣受世界權威雜誌及酒評人讚賞。全部酒款均以堅持限定釀造保持最佳水準而聞名,兩款釀酒葡萄經分隔發酵後再作嚴格篩選混兌及傳統釀造法,從陳年葡萄藤中收穫的傳統品種Xarel·lo和Macabeo進行葡萄酒釀造後,按照傳統方法將其起泡,然後以其Xarel·lo和60個月以上的陳年期為特徵進行混合。
Founded in 1987, Castellroig produces some of the best Cava in Spain, well recongnised by world critics and magazines. Castellroig Cava is identified as unique creations of limited production. Base wines of each two traditional varieties are vinified separately. Thorough tasting and selection for their blending is carried out to undergo the traditional cava method. After separate vinification of the traditional varieties, Xarel·lo and Macabeo, harvested from old vines, a blending is carried out from which this sparkling is created following the traditional method which is characterized both by its Xarel·lo and its minimum of 60 month ageing period.

– Minimun of 60 months ageing period. Sparkling with very fine bubbles due to its long aging.
– Complex aroma, fresh notes of pineapple and eucalyptus, toasted cocoa and dried fruits, perfectly blended together.
– Voluminous, fleshy and fresh in the mouth. Structured and surprisingly fresh, long-lasting and well balanced.
– Full bodied with a lot of personality to accompany strong character dishes, meat and fish stews, creamy and mature cheese
