Established in 1979, Paxton is a family owned McLaren Vale wine company. Founder and owner, David Paxton is one of Australia’s most highly respected viticulturalists – a reputation built on managing and growing wine grapes of exceptional quality for over 35 years. In 2004, David made the decision to convert the estate to organic and biodynamic farming principles. When vines live in truly healthy, chemical free soils, in ecologically sound environments, they will produce the best quality and tasting grapes, hence the best wines.

濃郁豐厚酒身,黑李等深色水及果,巧克力,薄荷及香辛的香味,法國橡木和成熟的單寧。中等酒體及飽滿的果味出色的平衡性。 收結悠長。要耐心地享受這酒。
Dark, rich, the colour is excellent. The wine brings it all to the table: black and purple fruits, dark chocolate, peppermint, warm spices, French oak and ripe tannins. It does all this within the overall context of a juicy, medium-bodied wine that has excellent balance. Its life span will very likely exceed your patience.
