Established in 1979, Paxton is a family owned McLaren Vale wine company. Founder and owner, David Paxton is one of Australia’s most highly respected viticulturalists – a reputation built on managing and growing wine grapes of exceptional quality for over 35 years. In 2004, David made the decision to convert the estate to organic and biodynamic farming principles. When vines live in truly healthy, chemical free soils, in ecologically sound environments, they will produce the best quality and tasting grapes, hence the best wines.
品酒筆記 Tasting Notes:
紅甘草，茴香和榛子香料等香氣。帶深色的水果，丁香，黑莓和桑梅等果香，酒體飽滿，口感圓潤。法國橡木桶和結實的單寧完美融合。
“Lifted characters of red licorice, fennel and hazelnut spices” PALATE: Dense, dark fruit, cloves, blackberries & mulberries with a full-bodied and well rounded mid palate. Integrated French oak and bold tannins on the finish.
