This wine was ageing eighteen months in 100% new oak barrels and bottled without purification and filtration (which is 100% Pastry). The Mexican / dark red / purple colour with Asian spices, soy sauce, black truffles, licorice, espresso coffee and rich cherry and blackberry fruit aromas.
