This wine was ageing eighteen months in 100% new oak barrels and bottled without purification and filtration (which is 100% Pastry). The Mexican / dark red / purple colour with Asian spices, soy sauce, black truffles, licorice, espresso coffee and rich cherry and blackberry fruit aromas. This wine shows excellent thick, medium to full body, low acidity and high tannin
