Moillard家族的葡萄園歷史悠久,早於17世紀已經運作,釀造傳統及高品質的勃根地葡萄酒。。
該款霞多麗屬布根地著名村莊級白酒,堅持人手收割、篩選最優質果實,再以先進氣壓動力榨取最純淨果汁作釀造;在法國橡木桶中發酵,其中50%是新的。
在恆溫酒窖18個月木桶蘊藏期,酒定期攪拌以提昇深度和復雜性。

MOILLARD, A BIG NAME IN BURGUNDY. The Moillard family already owned vineyards before the French Revolution. Based in Nuits-Saint-Georges, in the Côte de Nuits, offers traditional signature of Burgundy wines.
Manual harvest,
The grapes are pressed as soon as they arrive in the vats in pneumatic presses. The alcoholic fermentation is carried out in oak barrels, of which 50% are new.
The aging then continues for 18 months in oak barrels in thermo-regulated vats with regular stirring to gain depth and complexity.

– Lemon yellow color, limpid and brilliant, with light green hues
– Aromatic complexity with hints of white-fleshed fruit, flowers, citrus and warm brioche.
– Richness and length in the mouth with an acid column that structures the whole. Prolonged aging in barrels on fine lees adds depth and fat.
– Marries elegantly with white meat and noble fish or shell fish. Delicious also as an aperitif and on light cheeses: Camembes, bries, blues, goats, gruyères …
