Established by acclaimed winemaker and International Wine Judge John Quarisa, this family winery has been awarded Australia’s top trophies. This Chardonnay is machine harvested during the cool of the night to preserve the fruit flavour and quality. Once dry, the wine was left on yeast lees in wood for a further 8 months to create creamy flavours. Careful blending of the different components produced a wine of high quality and style.
