Founded in 1987, Castellroig produces some of the best Cava in Spain, well recongnised by world critics and magazines. A still white made from 100% ripe, well balanced Xarel·lo grape. A slow fermentation at a low temperature followed by an ageing process of 4 or 5 months on its lees in stainless steel tanks results in a Xarel·lo with singular characteristics.
